I have to admit I was puzzled by this sign I saw on a bulkhead. The Boeing representative explained that the 787s that are already in service with All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Japan Airlines (JAL) meet all safety requirments. The aricraft we were on woudl not be sold for commercial use and had thus not been certified yet.
